IDM is affiliated with iPROMOTEu, an international organization of promotional distributors. The iPROMOTEu organization is well-known in the PPAI industry and has over 900 affiliates. This affiliation allows us to maximize back-end support and obtain incredible buying power which translates directly into excellent pricing for clients. It also allows us time to concentrate on our creativity to promote our customer's brands.

Born and raised in Little Chute, WI, Sue has strong roots in her community. She has been married to her husband Jim for over 40 years. Together, they have three children and are blessed with an ever-growing number of grandchildren. Outside of her professional life, Sue is passionate about spending time with her family and enjoys exploring the great outdoors with their camper.

With her extensive background in the promo world, Margie possesses comprehensive knowledge in all aspects of the promotional industry. This wealth of knowledge allows her to strategically guide the sales team to achieve growth while ensuring top-notch customer experiences. As Margie continues to grow in her career, she is expanding her responsibilities into sales, further enhancing her contributions to the team. Working alongside her mother, Margie feels fortunate to have the opportunity to be part of a family business, where their combined efforts drive IDM’s success.

Margie is very involved in the Heart of the Valley Chamber, serving as an Ambassador and participating in the Marketing Meet-Up group while also attending other Chamber events. Additionally, she serves on the Women's Advisory Board through I Promote U, contributing her insights and expertise to support other women in the industry.
